We spent a lot of money to stay here. The staff was rude motel was run down chipped paint everywhere rusty, pool was dirty. Girl at front desk with black hair was very rude and not helpful at all! We will never stay here again and tell everyone we know not to bother spending the money! They really need to do better!

The parking was horrendous. My children and I had to walk nearly 3 blocks with all of our stuff. And then, we had to walk up 6 flights of stairs to the 3rd floor. The beds were very uncomfortable. We didn't have any washcloths. People were smoking on the balcony in the common area. The 11pm quiet time was not enforced, the people in the room across the hall from us were up being loud past 1am. The coffee machine in the room was broken. The bathroom was extremely small. The entire room was very outdated and too small. The sofa bed wasn't actually a sofa bed and was not comfortable for my son. Overall, the room was not what I expected for the price. We were very disappointed.

Stayed for 4 days, 3 nights and had a blast! The view of the boardwalk and beach from the rooftop were awesome! It was so nice to be able to walk down onto the boardwalk and out to the beach! A lot of dining options around and easy access to the beach! Room was clean with no problems and the staff was very friendly! Will definitely stay here again! 😁

The management was friendly. The location right off the boardwalk and short distance from beach was convenient. I thought we would hear a lot of boardwalk noise but that was not the case. The pool was nice, small but nice. Closes at 8pm and there is no shade by the pool. The rooftop pool was closed for our trip but when they say they have 3 pools they are each on different properties not 3 at one hotel it was a bit misleading. There is no elevator. Not sure when the last time they dusted the ceilings but they need done. We booked as a family of six but we’re only allowed 4 towels, hand towels, wash cloths a day. The a/c units were not on prior to our arrival so we walked into a very stuffy, hot room. Only four tv channels worked. The worst part was the heavy smoke and pot smoke that seeped into our room daily. There were ash trays all over the property and yet ash on the ground everywhere. Parking is incredibly tight, large SUVs should look elsewhere. The sleeper sofa wasn’t a sofa at all it was a weird plastic mat thing you’d use for a gymnastics/tumbling practice with weird triangle “pillows.” It wasn’t a mattress it was a mat. The location was great but the hotel needs some serious upgrades.

The property is well maintained and clean. The staff was professional and friendly. We are definitely coming back next summer.

Horrible quality!!! You literally are just paying just to have your stay right on the boardwalk when we got there. It’s like crazy like false advertisement because the picture that we chose I thought it was gonna be on the boardwalk. We had a hotel across the street. The pool was so small. You couldn’t hear music by the pool. You could’ve vape by the pool which technically we are outside there’s no smoking in the room obviously. The room was just rundown the shades every time I would close them. Two pieces would fall down. The bed was completely hard., not turn on. The bathroom water I had to wait for hot water and then when I did the knob to turn off, the water was basically broken. You have TV you have no Netflix you literally just have an antenna based TV.. the stove looks so rundown looks like it’s been just not the quality I paid for the whole room was not the quality that I paid for! When they came to fix my sheets, they literally put the same sheets on. I could tell because there was a stain on the sheets.! That was there before and after the cleanliness! The price I paid for it was actually looking back now absurd obviously it was Fourth of July weekend, but the fact that I paid for that much money, I could’ve got a better hotel that had better amenities which I did read before booking, but we took advantage of the fact that the pictures online are deceiving. They don’t look like the pictures in the hotel but when we got to our room, we were just so disappointed. It’s completely rundown
